The 433-room property is scheduled to premiere in 2023 as part of the Evermore Orlando Resort

Hilton is planning a luxury Conrad hotel to open next to Walt Disney World in Orlando. The hotel will be part of the 1,100 acre Evermore Orlando Resort – which is a redevelopment of the current Villas at Grand Cypress complex.

Conrad Orlando at Evermore will offer 433 rooms including 51 suites and is scheduled to open in 2023. Features include access to a 20-acre tropical beach complex and “eight-acre crystalline water amenity,” which according to Hilton “incorporates unique, environmentally sustainable technology” for their pool filtration systems.

Facilities will include cabanas, private fire-pits and aquatic adventure area, and a two-story Boathouse for weddings and private events.

The hotel will offer a new 18-hole Nicklaus Design golf course, a spa, 40,000 square feet of meeting space, and “numerous dining options including a signature rooftop experience.”

When completed the Evermore Orlando Resort will encompass a total of 10,000 rooms, from residential villas and apartments to hotel guestrooms.

“The signing of Conrad Orlando marks a significant milestone for the brand as we continue to grow our portfolio in iconic locations around the world to better meet the needs of our discerning travelers,” said Nils-Arne Schroeder, global head for Conrad Hotels and Resorts.

Conrad Orlando at Evermore will join over 60 Hilton properties in the Orlando area, including the Hilton Orlando, Waldorf Astoria Orlando, and Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown.

The addition of Conrad Orlando at Evermore continues the hotel group’s growth trajectory. Just last month Hilton surpassed one million hotel rooms in its portfolio of more than 6,300 properties across 18 brands in 118 countries and territories.
