FAQ

What is JetBlue's TrueBlue program?

Passengers of JetBlue can sign up for its frequent flyer programme - TrueBlue - free of charge. Once registration is complete, customers can earn miles by booking flights with JetBlue or their partner airlines. Points can also be earned by shopping with the TrueBlue credit card or booking selected hotels, restaurants and car rental services.

Once enough miles have been acquired, customers can spend them on various services, from flights and cabin upgrades to holiday experiences and magazine subscriptions. One of the advantages of JetBlue is that their miles are never worth less than one cent, which opens up a wider range of viable options compared with other frequent flyer programmes.
