Premium Comfort Meets Business Convenience

EVA Air is expanding with the launch of its first-ever service to Dallas–Fort Worth on October 3. The new nonstop route to Taipei will be operated by the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner.

It also marks the debut of the airline’s latest-generation Premium Economy Class – featuring 42-inch seat pitch, cradle-style recline, enhanced foot and armrests, and 15.6-inch high-resolution entertainment screens.

As the pioneer of Premium Economy Class, EVA Air continues to lead in comfort and efficiency. Starting November 18, the route will operate five times weekly, increasing to daily service on December 15 – offering greater flexibility for business schedules across Asia.

In addition to the new route, EVA Air’s existing hub in Houston reinforces its commitment to North America’s corporate travel market with world-class service and a global network designed for business. With two hubs in Texas, it is doubling its efforts to better serve business travelers in the region.

Exceptional Service with 24/7 Support

The airline now offers 24/7 customer service in both English and Chinese. Starting July 2025, it will enhance its in-flight Wi-Fi service by offering complimentary access to Infinity MileageLands members across all cabin classes.

To celebrate, a special promotion from now to September 30, 2025, will offer free unlimited web browsing to all passengers on Wi-Fi-equipped aircraft (Boeing 777-300ER, 787, and Airbus A330-300).

After the promotion, free Wi-Fi will be available for Business Class passengers and Infinity MileageLands members.

Inflight dining features globally inspired menus and elegant presentation, while exceptional cabin hygiene continues to uphold EVA Air’s recognition as the “World’s Cleanest Airline.”

EVA BizFam, More Than a Rewards Program
