Delta Air Lines has dropped the curtain of its newest Delta One Lounge at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), set to open its doors on December 11.

After opening its first two Delta One Lounges at New York (JFK) and Los Angeles (LAX), the airline kept its promise and unveiled its third top-tier lounge at its Boston hub.

Strategically located through the Delta Sky Club in Concourse E, the new lounge spans 6,700 square feet. The airline says its newest premium space embodies Delta’s dedication to exceptional hospitality and service, blending culinary sophistication with personalized comfort, upgraded with a one-of-a-kind dining experience under the expert guidance of award-winning chef Ed Brown.

“This lounge is designed to deliver the elevated, VIP experience guests want – an experience that draws inspiration from the history and culinary traditions of Boston.”

A Nautical Tribute to Boston

Delta’s new lounge pays homage to Boston’s rich maritime heritage, seamlessly incorporating nautical design elements into its luxurious interiors.

The standout feature is a custom-designed sail ceiling inspired by the USS Constitution, affectionately known as “Old Ironsides,” the world’s oldest commissioned naval warship still afloat in Boston Harbor.

Every detail echoes the city’s shipbuilding past, from the bar’s foot rail and overhead metal cage to bronze accents and marine-blue banquettes.

Rich maroon shades and leather finishes further evoke Boston’s academic traditions, creating an environment that balances sophistication with local character.

To complete the ambiance, the lounge offers sweeping views of the Boston Harbor and the city skyline, providing a breathtaking backdrop.

A Taste of Boston

As with the first two lounges in JFK and LAX, the Delta One Lounge in Boston is a destination for fine dining. Guests can indulge in a three-course meal crafted to showcase the city’s rich culinary heritage before they depart on one of the airline’s 160 peak-day flights to 63 destinations worldwide.

The lounge celebrates the city’s rich seafood heritage by featuring some of Boston’s iconic dishes, including the popular clam chowder. Guests can choose between a seafood or vegetarian version of this classic dish, served as an appetizer.

This Sky Club, unveiled in August 2023, stands apart with its striking design that pays homage to Boston’s maritime legacy. The lounge’s sleek, curved facade evokes the image of a sailboat cutting gracefully through the water, a fitting tribute to the city’s nautical history.

Inside, the ambiance is warm and inviting, with elegant wooden arches and towering columns subtly dividing the expansive space into intimate, cozy areas. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide panoramic views of the iconic Boston skyline and harbor, offering a captivating scene—particularly as the sun sets, casting a golden glow across the water. The lounge’s nautical-inspired palette of deep navy and soft teal is accented by vibrant coral seating, striking the perfect balance between sophistication and liveliness.

At the heart of the Sky Club is a premium bar that radiates modern luxury. Topped with a champagne-inspired mesh ceiling, the bar is illuminated by backlit beverage displays that cast a soft, honeyed light. Guests can unwind with expertly crafted cocktails and savor a curated menu of Delta’s signature cuisine in this stylish setting.

Delta’s Elite Services ambassadors greet guests transitioning from the Delta One Lounge, ensuring every traveler experiences seamless service and personalized attention. From the moment they arrive, passengers are immersed in Delta’s renowned hospitality, setting the tone for an exceptional journey ahead.

Boston Keeps Growing
