“Virgil Abloh: “Figures of Speech'” at the Brooklyn Museum
July 1, 2022 – January 2023
This exhibit goes inside the creative mind of the late artist, designer and cultural tastemaker Virgil Abloh. Collaborations with Rem Koolhaas and Kanye West are featured, as well as memorabilia from Abloh’s private archive and fashion items from Off-White and Louis Vuitton. The show’s title is a tribute to Abloh’s signature use of quotation marks that ironically comment on objects and people. Through January 2023.
