And while there are many hotels opening around the world in 2025, only a fraction of these cater to on-the-go professionals. Our roundup highlights eight new business hotels offering more than just a comfortable bed or a great restaurant and spa—they also go beyond with amenities that will make your trip more productive.

Fidelity Hotel, Cleveland

Opening: late January

Close to the heart of the city’s offices in downtown Cleveland, the Fidelity Hotel is an adaptive reuse of a more than century-old building. The 97-room property offers a luxurious boutique-style stay with touches such as contemporary custom-designed furniture, robes from the cult brand Parachute, and beds outfitted with Bellino Italian linens.

The working set will find beautifully appointed meeting rooms with A/V capabilities, hospitality suites, access to a dedicated events team, and a 24-hour gym and concierge.

It also offers two design-forward meeting rooms and a 24-hour reception, gym, and room service.

Waldorf Astoria New York

A cultural icon that’s a mainstay for the who’s who, the historic property is a boon for professionals. It offers 43,000 square feet of meeting and event spaces across 38 rooms, five state-of-the-art boardrooms, and three intimate meeting rooms equipped with conference tables, executive chairs, and A/V equipment. Hotel del Coronado has existed for more than 135 years, but its restored Victorian building is completely new—the property has been renovated with high-tech rooms and contemporary gleaming bathrooms. It is San Diego’s only beachfront option to host large meetings and groups, offering a staggering 146,300 square feet of outdoor meeting space plus another 97,500 square feet indoors. The audio and visual equipment is second to none, and there’s a co-working lounge called the Power Plant, featuring smaller meeting rooms, communal desks, a copy room, a phone booth, dining areas, and a kitchen.

InterContinental Indianapolis

Opening: March

The first luxury hotel to open in Indianapolis in almost two decades, the centrally located InterContinental features handsome meeting rooms and a boardroom near its main restaurant, Serliana, at the heart of the property.

The restaurant was designed as a place where guests can work, with its various-sized table tops and seating arrangements. Other highlights include interior atrium rooms with blackout curtains and noise-canceling components designed for a restful night’s sleep, a 24-hour gym with Peloton bikes and rowing machines, and an around-the-clock concierge.

Rosewood Amsterdam

Opening: TBD

Rosewood’s first Netherlands property occupies the former Palace of Justice and overlooks the picturesque Prince’s Canal. Road warriors can also look forward to The Asaya, which offers relaxing Ayurvedic treatments, an indoor swimming pool, and three restaurants for business-related meals.
