Marriott Opens in Downtown Austin
The property, housed within a 31-story tower, is located close to the Austin Convention Center
Marriott International has announced the opening of the Austin Marriott Downtown. The 613-room property is housed within a 31-story tower close to the Austin Convention Center.
The hotel features Corrine Restaurant, as well as two-story cocktail bar The Lobbyist, “urban grocer” Loaf and Vine and “a lush tropical rooftop destination and pool oasis with stunning views of downtown” called Zanzibar.
Other facilities include two ballrooms and an 18,000 square foot exhibit hall.
Currently the hotel’s Grand Opening Offer includes 15 percent off room rates and two complimentary cocktails for stays until May 30.
Marriott lists over 60 properties on its website in and around the Texas state capital, including Element, Aloft, Residence Inn, Westin, JW Marriott, Courtyard, W Hotels, Sheraton, AC Hotels, Moxy and Fairfield Inn and Suites.
