Residential brand STAY has launched its new corporate subscription program in London. ‘All You Can STAY’ allows companies to fix rates and secure a flexible term and guaranteed inventory across a minimum 12-month period.

STAY Camden, in the London’s Hawley Wharf area, provides a collection of 169 design led apartments that combine the comfort of a home, the luxuries of a boutique hotel, and the convenience of providing work and digital needs.

The apartments are available in one, two and three bedroom layouts, each with living rooms and fully-outfitted kitchens areas. The spaces are ideal for the mobile workforce looking for longer stay options, with amenities that come with checking into a hotel.

The model is a first of its kind in the serviced apartment sector, designed to accommodate a new generation of business traveler in search of high-quality accommodation to live, work and stay.

The corporate subscription service offers generous features and benefits such as an instant home with flexibility, without the hassle of a traditional rental model. There are no utility bills to set up and no fuss with housekeeping, with predictable pricing and hotel-stay quality.

Clients will also have access to flexible office space LABS, across eight locations in London, offering professional workspaces for client meetings, workshops, or entertainment.

“The current global shift in work culture – from office to home to anywhere – is a trend well covered in the media,” said Sam Ghosh, vice president of operations for STAY. “We at STAY want to respond to this new reality by creating this exciting new subscription-based business model – a first for the serviced apartment sector.”
