What You Need to Know to Celebrate the 2024 F1 Miami Grand Prix in Style
Panoramic views, best-in-class dining, and more
April 3, 2024
In its first two years the F1 Miami Grand Prix has quickly established itself as a one-of-a-kind experience. No other race on the Formula 1 calendar combines luxury hospitality, South Beach vibes and exciting on-track action quite like the Miami International Autodrome. The event showcases the incredible sport of Formula 1 while reflecting the city of Miami as a global curator of culture. South Florida is renowned for its international culinary scene, which is brought to the race track with more than 65 local restaurants featured around the Miami Campus.
Each May a temporary 3.36-mile Grand Prix circuit is constructed around Hard Rock Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins. Last year a brand-new, permanent pit and Paddock Club structure was constructed—complete with a rooftop terrace to soak up the Miami sunshine. This new luxury hospitality space for more than 6,000 guests appears alongside a host of premium offerings around the track.
Among the best-in-class dining experiences are the exclusive Yacht Club, positioned at the heart of the MIA Marina. From the elevated balcony guests can take in breathtaking views of Formula 1 action from the high-speed section alongside the Yacht Club, while also relishing in the culinary expertise of chef Michelle Bernstein. Situated in a climate-controlled lounge, you can immerse yourself in this private oasis to enjoy three days of luxury and award-winning local food and beverages.
Or, if you’re looking for panoramic views of the on-track action, the Heineken Silver Veranda is uniquely positioned between two parallel straights of the Miami International Autodrome. Each level of the Veranda features bars, nearby concessions and lounge spaces for guests to take in both sides of the circuit.

From the world-class music acts performing at Hard Rock Beach Club, to the expanded on-track action that will include an extra race with the F1 Sprint and the all-female junior support series F1 Academy, you won’t want to miss the festivities from May 3-5, 2024. In its first two years, the race has attracted more than 240,000 attendees across both weekends. It’s the Grand Prix that attracts famous stars from the world of film, music and sports—and the biggest names from the business community. Where else can Tom Cruise, Elon Musk, Shakira and David Beckham rub shoulders together?
New for 2024, the Miami Grand Prix has entered a partnership with prestigious international collector car auction house Bonhams|Cars, with a live auction set to take place in front of the podium on the track on the Saturday evening of this year’s race. A collection of more than 25 top-tier supercars and classic Formula 1 race cars will go under the hammer as automotive enthusiasts get the opportunity to purchase one of these legendary machines.
The Miami Grand Prix has provided an additional tourist boost and economic impact to local businesses in the greater Miami region totaling $798 million. The race’s promoter has also worked closely to engage and support the local Miami Gardens community, providing more than 1,500 tickets for residents, creating a STEM education program through F1 in Schools, offering event internships for local students, and featuring 14 local community restaurants on Campus during race weekend each year.
The Miami Grand Prix marks the fifth round of this year’s FIA Formula 1 World Championship as the world’s fastest drivers vie for supremacy around Miami Gardens. It’s the perfect sporting event to combine high-speed thrills, best-in-class hospitality, luxury experiences and fan-focused entertainment featuring the world’s biggest music artists. The action takes place at the Miami International Autodrome on May 3-5, 2024.
