JetBlue is launching its TrueBlue Travel program, the new name for its repackaged travel booking platform that promises to provide its passengers with seamless ways to plan and book their trips and more ways to earn and redeem loyalty points.
A New Platform to Book Entire Trips
Powered by Paisly, a travel services technology company owned by JetBlue Airways Corporation, TrueBlue Travel is replacing the previous Paisly by JetBlue website, and is part of JetBlue’s JetForward strategy that aims to expand its business beyond air travel. According to the airline, the rebranded program will offer members of TrueBlue—the airline’s frequent program—more ways to earn and redeem points.

TrueBlue Travel allows members to redeem points on JetBlue flights, flight and hotel packages, hotel stays, and car rentals when making bookings through the platform. To celebrate its launch, JetBlue is also offering members the opportunity to earn twice the number of Tiles, used towards status building, on car rental and hotel bookings made between August 5 and August 8, for trips completed by November 30, 2025.
Expanded Earning Opportunities
Other features include the chance to book theme park tickets and activities on their trip, as well as purchase luggage, all of which can earn members points and tiles depending on the amount spent and whether they’re a JetBlue Cardmember or not.
To use the platform and take advantage of its benefits, which also include hotel price matches, exclusive discounts, and other perks, members must be signed into their TrueBlue account. However, they don’t need to fly with the airline when booking accommodation, car rentals, and activities.
“TrueBlue Travel is a major step forward in our mission to make loyalty more meaningful,” said Ed Pouthier, Vice President of Loyalty & Personalization at JetBlue.

“By expanding how and where members can redeem points through TrueBlue Travel, and delivering that experience through Paisly, our in-house travel services company, we’re bringing more flexibility and value to the program. It’s about creating value throughout the entire travel ribbon, not just every flight.”
Paisly’s Role in Loyalty-Driven Travel
Jamie Perry, President of Paisly, added: “This rebrand is a major milestone for Paisly, LLC as we continue to grow into a fully integrated travel services company. It reflects what customers already expect: a platform that delivers unbeatable value for TrueBlue members, from earning and redeeming points to using JetBlue Plus and Premier Card benefits.

“With the addition of hotel and car redemption, TrueBlue Travel offers one seamless place to plan and book an entire trip, backed by the service JetBlue is known for. It also highlights how Paisly’s platform can support future partners looking to deliver a loyalty-led travel experience.”
