Aspire Executive Lounges and American Express (Amex) have partnered to open a co-branded airport lounge for premium passengers and paying guests at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport (YUL).
Located in YUL’s domestic passenger terminal, the 3,700-square-foot (344-square-meter) space is the first-ever Amex co-branded lounge to open in Canada, as well as the first common-use lounge in the terminal.
Design Inspired by Montreal
Taking inspiration from the local area, the lounge was designed by Montreal-based architectural firm Artesa and features artwork from Nicolas Ruel – one of the city’s most renowned photographers.

The stylish space, evocative of an intimate boutique hotel, features 100 seats across a multitude of dedicated areas, including a dining and bar area for passengers looking to refuel, a lounge space for unwinding, and exclusive workspaces and private booths for business travelers.
Dining and Local Flavors
The dining and bar area has been designed with all types of travelers in mind, including a ‘Grab n’ Go’ service for guests on a tight schedule between flights, along with options for table-seat dining for those with more time on their hands.

Guests can savor a range of local and international dishes and beverages, including artisanal charcuterie from Montreal-based butcher shop Édouard et Léo and bagels from the city’s highly regarded St-Viateur café, along with specialty coffees from Café Saint-Henri and signature cocktails inspired by Montreal’s renowned Cloakroom Bar.
