Air France has revealed a new, exclusive airport experience specifically created for La Première passengers. The upscale service is meant to offer a private experience for the airline’s first class passengers traveling through Air France’s hub, Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) in Paris.
The experience is set to be launched in June to align with the Paris Olympics and Paralympic Games.
Arrival and Lounge
With a special check-in lobby, La Première passengers will be greeted by a dedicated team for a private check-in. The area has 15 seats and two private lounges, which is the first step in the airport experience for passengers of the airline’s top class.

In addition to pre-flight services, this check-in lobby will allow passengers to relax, use shower facilities, and retrieve their checked luggage post-flight.
Once check-in is concluded, guests will be escorted to the La Première lounge via a private passage, which features a dedicated security checkpoint.

The lounge is over 10,000 square feet and features a curated menu and wine selection by esteemed chef Alain Ducasse and a spa offering beauty treatments by French skincare brand Sisley.
New Lounge Suites
Passengers flying in La Première will now have the option to reserve exclusive new suites for added privacy. The three suites, each around 500 square feet in size, are located next to the lounge. Additionally, passengers can request that two suites be adjoined.

Upon arrival at the suites, passengers will be greeted by a dedicated butler who will show you through the amenities. All suites feature a living area, a bedroom with a double occupancy bed, a private bathroom, and an outdoor patio.

They are each decorated differently, inspired by French design. However, all will have fresh flowers, luxe linens, and unique artwork by French artists.
During your time in the suites, you can eat a specially curated menu by Alain Ducasse or utilize the Sisley spa within the La Première lounge.
New La Première Cabin
Air France’s new airport experience is to prelude the airline’s newly redesigned La Première cabin, which is set to debut in winter 2024. It will boast the longest configuration on the market, with five windows for each passenger.
The cabin will also have three private living spaces, a seat, a chaise lounge, and a flatbed.

With the debut, the French carrier plans to extend the cabin across more aircraft than its current deployment. As of now, Air France has 19 Boeing 777-300ERs outfitted with the first class suites, flying to destinations like Dubai, Los Angeles, Miami, New York-JFK, San Francisco, Washington, and others.
All About Conciergerie
Beginning on June 11, 2024, Air France will offer new concierge services for all passengers flying through Air France or partner airlines. The goal is to make the experience seamless for customers during their time at the airport. It’s available for purchase for all passengers, regardless of cabin class.
On departure, services like a private transfer to the airport, concierge assistance upon airport arrival, a porter service for bags, assistance through priority lanes, and escorts to the boarding gate are offered.

For arrival, passengers will be met by a concierge at the aircraft’s door and then receive an escort through priority lanes, assistance with baggage, and a private transfer to their destination. The service is also available for connecting passengers.
Those without lounge access can purchase access to one of the airline’s lounges at CDG. Rates for the service start at 300-400 euros per person and can be booked for multiple passengers in a booking.
