Kimpton Moves into Asia with Da An Hotel in Taipei
The artsy hotel brand is bringing its “lifestyle” concept to Taiwanese hospitality
Kimpton is making its first appearance in Asia with the Da An Hotel Taipei, a boutique hotel brand of InterContinental Hotels Group.
Kimpton Da An Hotel is in the heart of Taipei City, allowing guest easy access to cafes, boutiques, and galleries within few steps, while providing a welcoming environment decorated with local artisanal craft.
The hotel is graced with greenery and sophisticated water features, coupled with special lighting designs to set the mood for guests.
One of the highlighted services at the new property is “Morning Kick-Start”: tea and coffee served in the living room to energize and empower guests. Guests can go for early-bird programs, such as morning yoga on the rooftop. Kimpton Da An Hotel also provides several pro-active services for guests, such as sending an anticipatory email containing the happenings in Taipei to engage guests, or greeting guests based on their inferred needs, or offering in-room check-in experience.
The new property’s 129 rooms keep a theme of tranquility and provide sanctuary from Taipei’s non-stop action.
