Redesigned Air France Lounge Opens at Montreal Airport

Entry is free for business class and Flying Blue Elite Plus passengers, or can be purchased via Plaza Premium

August 24, 2021

The redesigned Air France lounge at Montreal’s Pierre Elliott Trudeau International airport has reopened. Located in the international section of the terminal, the 5,275-square-foot facility can seat up to 149 guests, with windows looking out onto the runway and the city’s Mount Royal.

The main lounge area and a shared work area feature free Wifi and USB charging ports. Facilities also include showers, and a separate space for Flying Blue Ultimate customers.

Food and beverage offerings include a self-service buffet and a bar with French wines and champagnes. This fall the airline says it will introduce a new dedicated dining service for customers on the last evening flight between Montreal and Paris, giving them the chance to have their meal prior to takeoff.

Those passengers can then request for their onboard meal not to be loaded onto the flight “to limit food waste,” although the carrier says, “Customers who wish to do so will still be able to enjoy another meal on board.”

Business class passengers and Flying Blue Elite Plus members can enjoy free access to the lounge, and entry can also be purchased via Plaza Premium, which is operating the facility.

Hours of operation for Air France KLM customers are 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM daily. Details on opening hours for Plaza Premium customers can be seen here.
