Qatar Airways Welcomes World Class Gymnasts to Doha
Qatar Airways welcomed the athletes participating in the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships to Doha from October 25 - November 3, 2018.
The airline is the National Sponsor for the event being held at the Aspire Academy Dome.
Qatar Airways Group Chief Executive, His Excellency Mr. Akbar Al Baker, said: “Qatar Airways is delighted to be bringing some of the world’s most talented gymnasts to Qatar to display their incredible talents at the 48th World Artistic Gymnastics Championship. The event will host over 600 male and female gymnasts from over 78 countries including Olympic Gold medalist, Simone Biles of the U.S., Angelina Melnikova of Russia, Luo Huan of China and Rebeca Andrade of Brazil.
