Wyndham Rewards Offers Point Transfer to La Quinta Returns Loyalty Program
Post-acquisition arrangement would also provide for complimentary status match between two programs
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts will provide a 1:1 point transfer and complimentary status match between its Wyndham Rewards and the La Quinta Returns loyalty programs. Wyndham recently acquired La Quinta. The move enables the 56 million Wyndham and 13 million La Quinta members to take advantage of benefits at the combined portfolio of nearly 9,000 hotels around the world as Wyndham continues to integrate La Quinta Returns members into Wyndham Rewards by the second quarter of 2019.
To take advantage of the point transfer and status match, members of both programs should first visitwww.wyndhamrewards.com/LQ. Wyndham Rewards Gold members may match to La Quinta Returns Gold status, while Wyndham Rewards Platinum and Diamond members may match to La Quinta Returns Elite status. Similarly, La Quinta Returns Gold and Military Rewards Gold members may match to Wyndham Rewards Gold status, while La Quinta Returns Elite and Military Rewards Elite members may match to Wyndham Rewards Platinum status.
