In April of 2018 the first changes started rolling out but the full site will be live to all customers in early August.
“Each one of our customers is unique and has different needs for his or her travel, and our goal with this new homepage is to provide customers with a more seamless experience, said Praveen Sharma, vice president of digital products and analytics. “Personalizing our digital offerings is just another step towards giving our customers the experience and the products that they ask for.”
Key features of the new homepage according to the airline are:
Updated and user-friendly design
MileagePlus based content in addition to trip status
New display for both desktop and mobile devices.
Curated Content from destinations United serves is coming later in 2018.
The changes are designed to provide a personalized digital experience for customers.
