Turkish Airlines Business Class Bathroom Tour
One of the most frequent comments I get on my flight reviews and videos is "what's the bathroom like?"
Here’s a look at a Turkish Airlines Business Class cabin bathroom on one of their 777-300ER aircraft, flown on the LAX-IST route. The bathroom was always clean and I liked the upgraded materials and finishes to give it a more luxurious feel.
The fancy lavatory is just part of a rather wonderful in-cabin experience the airline offers. I’ve flown with them almost ten times now and each (Business Class) experience has been excellent.
Each long-haul, international flight carries its own flying chef, who consults with passengers and prepares the food. The seats are very comfortable and become a fully-flat bed, but they are in a 2-3-2 configuration so it’s possible to get a middle seat. They are also not pod-style, so the person in the window seat can have trouble accessing the aisle if the aisle passenger is sleeping.
Turkish Airlines serves nine US cities directly (NY, LA, Chicago, San Francisco, Houston, Washington DC, Miami, Atlanta, Boston) with flights to Istanbul and then flies on to over 220 destinations around the world from their IST hub. I should also add their lounge in Istanbul is one of the best in the world with endless food options, roving masseuses, a golf simulator, a billiards room and a screening room (with popcorn).
