I Prefer Auctions Put Travel Experiences Up for Bid
Limited time auction lets loyalty program members use their points to vie for select hotel stays and experiences
Preferred Hotels & Resorts has introduced I Prefer Auctions, a new benefit for members of its I Prefer Hotel Rewards program. The platform lets members use their points to vie for a selection of experiences available across 11 independent hotels in North America to be enjoyed through 2021.
To participate, I Prefer members must login to IPrefer.com and bid on their favorite experience via the auction site. Choices depend on their personal allotment of available points.
The I Prefer member with the highest bid at the time of auction close will win that offer and receive full details of their successful bid and the redemption process via e-mail.
The first I Prefer Auction is running now through Feb. 3. Experiences up for bid during this inaugural event include:
• A stay in the penthouse suite stay and dinner for two at The Joule in Dallas, TX.
• Overnight stay for two with in-suite dining at Hotel Gault in Montreal, Canada.
• Couples spa experience at Las Brisas Acapulco in Acapulco, Mexico.
• Two nights in a deluxe one-bedroom suite at Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, including a $200 credit for any of the hotel’s six food and drink outlets, two comedy show tickets, and $100 in match play per person for two people on the casino floor.
