A total of 135 of Accor’s Northern European hotels have introduced a series of initiatives aimed at encouraging meetings and events to restart at its properties. The program, dubbed “All Meet Well,” line up with the group’s already-established Allsafe global cleanliness and prevention protocols.

Cleaning checklists will be provided to event organizers prior to meetings taking place. Measures include fitting vacuum cleaners with HEPA filters, and evening and lunch break cleaning routines including the disinfecting of light switches, door handles, chairs, tables, hangers and consoles.

At the same time Accor is launching its Reconnect initiative at its UK, Ireland and Benelux properties to rejuvenate meetings and events bookings. The programs includes doubling meeting planner points with the group’s All loyalty program, plus “flexible and transparent contracts with applicable COVID-19 clauses” at UK hotels, and one-in-ten free on both day or residential attendee packages.

More information on the Reconnect program can be seen here.

The offer is valid for new meetings, events and group bookings until May 31, 2021.

“All Meet Well provides meeting and event planners with the flexibility and hygiene commitment they need to restart live meetings and events with confidence,” Dana Lewis, director of MICE and Leisure, Accor, Northern Europe, said. “Every aspect of the delegate’s MICE experience at the hotel has been considered and extensive measures have been taken to protect our planners, delegates, guests and employees.”
