Motto is Hilton’s Newest Brand

Hilton has launched Motto by Hilton, a new, hostel-influenced brand that will have urban locations, be affordable and will offer multi-purpose spaces.

Guest rooms will be smaller than average at 163 square feet, with wall beds, lofted beds, and multi-functional furniture that can be stowed when not in use.

The hotels will have connectable rooms and Hilton will allow guests to split payments between more than one person at the time of booking. A “curated sleep experience” will feature a premium mattress, a sleep kit with eye masks and other sleep aids, a white noise app, blackout window shades and sound-absorbing materials throughout the room. Motto has deals in various stages of development in London, Lima, Dublin, Savannah, San Diego, Boston and Washington, D.C., among others.
