Kayak for Business Launches
Free corporate travel solution is now available in 60 locales and 28 languages
Consumer travel search engine Kayak has officially launched Kayak for Business, its corporate travel solution. The free product is now available in 60 locales and 28 languages with over 2,000 sites to book from.
The solution has been in beta test since November 2019 and had a soft launch in February. According to the company, over 3,000 companies have signed up in the last 3 months.
New features include expense integration, price prediction and discounted corporate rates. For travelers, it makes searching for (and expensing) business trips more convenient with added features like automated expenses, the ability to book from anywhere while keeping loyalty points, and the ability to easily share trip details with colleagues and family.
Companies can enjoy greater cost savings versus other corporate travel platforms, while the product gets everyone in the company under one platform and offers a quick and efficient approval process for travel and expenses.
Steve Hafner, CEO of Kayak, said domestic business travel should resume this September and business travelers and their employers in a post-COVID-19 world “will demand even more flexibility, competitive prices and easy ways to blend business and leisure travel.”
