JetBlue Updates TrueBlue Loyalty Program
JetBlue announced to its TrueBlue loyalty members updates that are heading to their screens.
A new release will give members a refreshed interface across users devices. Additionally, they have changed Family Pooling to Points Pooling.
Points Pooling can include 2 – 7 members – family or not. The Pool Leader – (formally Head of Household) will give members privileges to redeem points from the entire pooled balance.
Members will contribute 100% of their points to the pool. The days of setting a percentage to contribute are over. However, members can leave the pool with their unused points whenever they choose.
TrueBlue Badges will also take a hiatus.
The company will update its members closer to the launch date.
