JetBlue Announced New Service to Mexico City From New York and Boston

JetBlue has announced new Mexico City service from the US, with daily nonstop flights between the Mexican capital and New York City and Boston.

Flights between John F. Kennedy International Airport and Mexico City International Airport, as well as between Boston Logan International Airport and Mexico City, begin Oct. 25. JetBlue’s New York-JFK and Boston service will complement the airline’s existing flights to Mexico City from two Florida cities.

The carrier currently operates two daily flights between Mexico City and both Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. JetBlue first landed in Mexico City in 2015 and by this October will operate more than 40 weekly flights between the US and Mexico’s capital city. Giselle Cortes, director-international Blue Cities for the carrier, said Mexico City is the largest city to which JetBlue flies and is “critically important as we continue to grow our footprint in Latin America.”
