Furnished Quarters Expands San Francisco
Furnished Quarters, the provider of temporary furnished apartments, has added three new residential buildings to its San Francisco Bay area portfolio and grown its on-site team working out of the local office.
The company entered the market in January. Joining Furnished Quarters’ Bay Area inventory are NEMA, an ultra-luxury building in San Francisco’s South of Market (SoMa) neighborhood, Sharon Green in Menlo Park and Domus on the Boulevard in Mountain View.
With these additions, the New York-based provider has already exceeded its goal of establishing 100 apartments in California and plans to reach 150 by year’s end. To fulfill the need for more on-the-ground sales and operations staff, Furnished Quarters now has an eight-person team working in its San Francisco office, which will continue to grow to meet client needs.
