Best Western Rewards Adds Additional Benefits
Best Western Rewards recently announced several new benefits and features to the program.
BWR Chat Bot is aimed at enhancing communications with members and raising overall awareness and visibility of the rewards program. It will be a customer interaction tool on Facebook’s Messenger platform.
Points for dining, available at more than 11,000 restaurants in the US and soon to come in Canada, enable members to earn points even when they’re not traveling, allowing them to accumulate more points they can use toward free nights and other redemption options. Finally, BW Rewards Pay allows members to instantly redeem points as cash on smartphone mobile wallets at all merchants accepting Apple Pay or Google Pay, including retailers like Starbucks, The Apple Store, Best Buy, Macy’s, Walgreens and Trader Joe’s.
