One of the biggest draws at the 2024 U.S. Open is off the court, inside the new Emirates Suite at Arthur Ashe stadium. It officially opened for the first match of this year’s tournament with the brand’s signature design, amenities, and service evident at every turn. The airline has been the official sponsor of the Open for twelve years and has just renewed its contract for a dozen more, bringing its world-class hospitality and premium service courtside inside the remodeled lounge. Here’s what visitors can expect.

The mezzanine-level, 1,358-square-foot quadruple suite — one of the largest in the stadium — grants attendees a prime center court view. Entirely renovated with elements borrowed from the ongoing retrofitting of the airline’s fleet, the lounge features signature Emirates accents throughout, including cream-leather upholstery, light-colored wood paneling, and hand-painted gold decals. Among its many comforts are plush indoor seating and spotless restrooms with Voya skincare products, which are also found on Emirates aircraft. Small details such as live orchids seen in first class cabins add a touch of greenery inside the space. Guests are welcome to take in the matches inside or on the terrace, which is double the size of most others in the venue.

Frequent Emirates flyers will recognize the Dom Pérignon, caviar-topped blinis, and even the in-flight crew the airline has flown in from Dubai to greet guests with fresh hot towels, Emirates baseball caps, and sunscreen. Dressed in their red and cream uniforms, flight attendants are available for photo opportunities with guests.

As for food and beverage, expect highlights like a seafood tower, sushi, and cedar planked salmon, as well as seasonal salads. On the night this writer visited, dessert options included the Fix Dubai chocolate studded with pistachio and knafeh. Guests can sip on champagne, premium beer, wine, and the signature U.S. Open cocktail, the Honey Deuce, a Grey Goose and Chambord spiked lemonade topped with honeydew balls. The drinks will also be served on all flights to New York for the duration of the tournament, and passengers will be able watch matches in real time on flights via the airline’s ICE system.

The Emirates Suite is invite-only and open through September 9.
