Travelers flying between the United States and Dubai with Emirates this week will be treated to a special in-flight menu as the Gulf Carrier launches a festive offering to celebrate Thanksgiving.

From Saturday, November 23, to Saturday, November 30, Emirates will be offering a variety of Thanksgiving-inspired dishes to all passengers, from First Class to Economy. Travelers visiting the airline’s airport lounges on both sides of the Atlantic will also enjoy traditional festive food during this celebratory period.

First and Business Class

First Class passengers flying from Dubai to the U.S. can enjoy a delicious meal that begins with a creamy celeriac and pear soup garnished with leek julienne. This is accompanied by smoked salmon, served with chives, cucumber, pea shoots, and horseradish sauce.

A different menu will be available on flights from the U.S. to Dubai, starting with a choice of sweet potato, poached lobster, and chives or a seafood platter with poached prawn, smoked salmon, crab cocktail, and salmon gravadlax served with caviar and horseradish.

For the main course, they can tuck into lemon, zaatar, and buttermilk roasted turkey served with celeriac apple purée, maple-roasted caraway pumpkin and beetroot, kale with cranberries, and a pecan and cornbread stuffing.
