Airport Dimensions has made its largest single market expansion to date with the opening of two new passenger spaces at Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima: The Club LIM, its first lounge location outside the U.S., and Sleepover, a rebranded sleep facility catering to long-haul and transit passengers.

The dual launch marks the company’s debut in South America and its first wholly owned operation in the region, coinciding with the opening of the brand-new airport terminal in Peru’s capital city.

Airport Dimensions operates more than 50 lounges globally. With Latin America projected to be one of the fastest-growing regions for air travel over the next decade, Lima’s role as a regional hub positions it as a critical testbed for the company’s expansion and evolving product mix.

According to the company, the new facilities are a response to a sharp increase in demand for premium, pay-per-use travel amenities—especially in major gateway airports like Lima, which serves as Peru’s main international hub and processes more than 23 million passengers annually.

“This is a milestone moment, not only for our expansion into South America, but for the evolution of what airport experiences can look like,” said Giorgio Benza, Vice President for Latin America at Airport Dimensions.

The Lounge

Located past security in the international terminal, The Club LIM spans nearly 20,000 square feet and accommodates up to 454 passengers.

The lounge is divided into dedicated zones for dining, work, quiet relaxation, and family use, featuring amenities such as five private shower rooms, private meeting spaces, and a dedicated children’s play area.

Designed to reflect Peruvian identity, the lounge features commissioned works from seven local artists, including Ricardo Wiesse and Alejandra Ortiz de Zevallos. The culinary program, developed by Peruvian chef Ignacio Barrios Jacobs, includes local beverages such as Inca Kola and Chilca Ciruela, alongside a rotating menu of locally inspired cuisine.

“These spaces will create a perfect environment that will not only provide relaxation but will also stand out for its hospitality, inspired by Peruvian culture,” said Lucio Benavente, Retail and Experience Manager at Lima Airport Partners (LAP).

Sleepover: Landside Rest Facility

Located landside is Sleepover, Airport Dimensions’ first sleep concept in Latin America and the first facility of its kind in Peru.

Ideally situated and thoughtfully designed to welcome passengers with long overnight connections at this transit-heavy airport, the 4,600-square-foot rest area is designed to accommodate both domestic and international travelers, featuring 69 individual sleeping spaces with a capacity for 92 guests.

Travelers can choose from a variety of options, including zero-gravity FlexiSuites with personal lighting and storage, compact Nap Pods, and private family cabins. Additionally, the facility provides four shower suites and a self-service refreshment station.

To access the facility and enjoy a sleeping space, passengers can pay $23 for a two-hour stay.

Both The Club LIM and Sleepover were developed using environmentally conscious materials and energy-efficient systems. Furniture and interior materials were selected for low emissions and durability, water-saving fixtures were installed throughout, and kitchen operations rely on energy-efficient appliances and natural refrigerants.

Sleepover features panels made from recycled wood fibers and fabrics made with 100 percent recycled yarn.

Access and Future Growth

Access to both The Club LIM and Sleepover is available to members of Priority Pass and LoungeKey, with day passes also available for purchase at the door for all travelers with valid boarding passes.

The launch coincides with a broader expansion strategy: Airport Dimensions recently inaugurated the first airport lounge at Grand Rapids, Michigan (The Club GRR), and plans to open an all-new lounge in Las Vegas (Chase Sapphire Lounge).

“We’re not only bringing our international expertise to this high-growth market,” Benza added, “but also showcasing how we’re evolving our offer—introducing a new brand identity, maximizing commercial space, and elevating expectations for premium airport services in the region.”

For frequent flyers transiting through Lima, the new Club LIM and Sleepover facilities offer much-needed additions to the limited roster of independent premium services in Latin America. Their arrival reflects a growing trend toward monetized airport experiences—and the business traveler’s increasing willingness to pay for comfort, rest, and space.
