Dream Hotel Group Plans 20 More Properties by 2022
Following recent Nashville opening, new locations include upstate New York, Doha, Belize, plus first UK property
New York-based Dream Hotel Group is currently working on opening 20 more properties across its hotel brands by 2022. The group currently has 19 hotels in four brands: Dream Hotels, Time Hotels, Unscripted Hotels and The Chatwal.
The group’s most recent opening was the Dream Nashville earlier this month. Located in Printer’s Alley, the hotel has 168 rooms and six food and drink options including the brasserie-style Stateside Kitchen and California cuisine-inspired Natura Nashville.
Other projects include two developments in New York’s Catskill Mountains, the second Unscripted brand in the US and Chatwal Lodge, both set to open in 2020. The group has also announced plans for its first UK hotel, Unscripted Birmingham Central Hall, part of the restoration of the historic Methodist Central Hall.
Other destinations in the Dream Hotel pipeline include Belize, Doha, New Delhi and the Maldives.
