Tickets for Expo 2020 Dubai Go on Sale July 18

The future-focused world expo is set to run from October through March

Tickets for Expo 2020 Dubai will go on sale worldwide beginning July 18. The Expo, which was delayed a year due to the pandemic, is set to run from Oct. 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022.

Expo 2020 tickets are available at three tier levels: One-day tickets are priced at AED 95 ($26); multi-day tickets, offering unrestricted entry for 30 consecutive days, are priced at AED 195 ($53), and season passes, with unlimited entry for the entire six months, are priced at AED 495 ($135).

Children under the age of 18 and students holding a valid student ID from any academic institution in the world are free. Complimentary tickets are also available for ‘people of determination’ (those with disabilities), while their companions will receive a 50 percent discount. In addition, entry is also free for visitors ages 60 and older.

Admission includes access to all pavilions, plus up to 60 live events and performances each day, from world-class music, dance and art to guest speakers and national celebrations.

Expo 2020 is the first World Expo to take place in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia region, located on a 1,100-acre site adjacent to Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai South

“The scale and diversity of what Expo 2020 Dubai has to offer is remarkable,” said Her Excellency Reem Al Hashimy, UAE minister of state for international cooperation and director general of Expo 2020 Dubai. “No two days at Expo will be the same, and with so much on offer, every guest will be inspired to visit as many times as possible.”

Tickets will go on sale online beginning July 18 at expo2020dubai.com. They will also be available through more than 2,500 authorized ticket resellers, including online travel agents, tour operators, hotel groups and airlines from 100-plus markets around the world.
