Hilton Rolls Out Hybrid Event Solutions

The event planning tool guides meeting organizers to properties ready to handle combined in-person/online meetings

Hilton has announced EventReady Hybrid Solutions, a new tool that helps meeting planners find which of the brand’s properties are ready to host hybrid events – events that include both in-person and online elements.

The Hybrid Solutions planning tool features an expanded playbook for Hilton EventReady, the hotel group’s comprehensive health and safety protocols for meetings which was launched last July. The program also includes flexible customer offers.

For a property to be considered hybrid-ready, it must have the right IT infrastructure and the necessary bandwidth and be able to handle multi-site offering and express agreements, allowing planners to book the in-person portion of a meeting at multiple locations.

As part of the Hilton EventReady Hybrid Solutions, each meeting and event experience is delivered by dedicated team members. Participating hotels will have access to comprehensive team member training resources to build and strengthen their knowledge of hybrid events.

The tool will begin rolling out globally this month.

The expanded Hybrid Events chapter of the Hilton EventReady Playbook – including detailed case studies, pro tips, a glossary of hybrid event terms and more – will also be available in English this month for customers working with any hotel in the brand’s global portfolio.
