Singapore Airlines Integrates Business Travel Programs
Combination of SIA’s HighFlyer and Corporate Travel rewards enhances benefits and options for companies of all sizes

Singapore Airlines has announced the integration of its corporate travel programs under the HighFlyer brand beginning Sept. 1. The SIA Corporate Travel Program is aimed at large corporates while the current HighFlyer focuses on small and medium enterprises.
By combining the two programs, the airline says it will be able to offer more benefits and options for corporate customers from businesses of all sizes, ranging from large multi-national companies to small and medium enterprises.
New features will be introduced while all benefits currently available in both programs will be retained in the new HighFlyer. Participating companies will be able to book preferential corporate fares and earn HighFlyer points for all eligible travel on both Singapore Airlines and Scoot.
The revamped program will offer more booking classes for customers to accrue HighFlyer points on non-corporate discounted flights, as well as rewards for reaching specific milestones in customer spend.
HighFlyer program members will be able to access a convenient one-stop corporate portal for booking flights, redeeming rewards and managing travel. Other benefits include travel services such as priority reservation waitlist and airport standby.
The rewards catalogue is also expanding, with more opportunities for members to redeem with HighFlyer points, including new earn and burn options with non-air partners such as hotels and car rental services, which are relevant to business travel needs.
The HighFlyer business travel program, combined with the SIA Group’s loyalty program KrisFlyer, provides rewards to both companies and their employees. For each eligible flight, business travelers with a KrisFlyer membership can earn miles for themselves as well as HighFlyer points for their company.
Companies can also reward their employees by converting HighFlyer points into KrisFlyer miles. SIA has doubled the conversion rate from two HighFlyer points for one KrisFlyer mile to one HighFlyer point for one KrisFlyer mile.
The new HighFlyer program will have four tiers – HighFlyer, HighFlyer Silver, HighFlyer Gold and HighFlyer Platinum. At the basic HighFlyer entry level, enrollment is free; the Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers have annual minimum spend requirements.
HighFlyer will be available in all countries, and companies can enroll at singaporeair.com/highflyer beginning Sept. 1. Current SIA Corporate Travel Program accounts will have their contracts renewed under the new HighFlyer program, and current HighFlyer accounts will automatically be eligible for the new benefits at the launch.
The realignment of the business-focused programs comes as Singapore Airlines steps up the process of rebuilding its route network following the turmoil brought on in the aviation industry by the pandemic. The carrier has steadily added or enhanced services in key business travel destinations, including the US gateways of Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco.
Most recently, the airline announced the launch of a new three times weekly service from Los Angeles International (LAX) to Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) set to start Wednesday.
